ALBERTA

 

ANNIE PUTMAN  Calgary, Alberta

She is 25 and born in Nova Scotia. She is single and a stenographer, She is living with Louis and Hannah Mumford.

 

W. J. (WALDO JACKSON BROWN) J. PUTMAN  Red Deer, Alberta

He is 50 USA and his wife Alice is 40 USA. He is a cigar maker. They just immigrated here in 1916. He is a son of Elijah Brown Putnam and Lucy M. Fuller of Sutton. He was born there June 1, 1866. He married Leonora Johnson November 21, 1888, then Jennie Eaton in 1892 and Alice around 1914 or 1915. He and Alice are back in Sutton in 1920 and 1930. He will be till he dies in 1942.

WILLIAM H. PUTMAN  Kindersley, Saskatchewan

He is 56 USA, married a boarding with a Chinese Family. He came up here in 1911. Hard to read, but think he is a minister.

 

JAMES WILLIAM PUTMAN  Qu’appelle, Saskatchewan

He is 39, his wife Mary Ellen 40 and Mary 6 all born in England they say. He is a drayman. He came here in 1913

 

EUGENE R. (ROSS) PUTNAM  Regina, Saskatchewan

He is 28 born in Nova Scotia and single. He is a son of Arthur Putnam and Elizabeth Jane Lightbody and was born in Colchester, Nova Scotia August 4, 1887.

 

J. C. (JAMES CARRIEL) PUTMAN  Swift Current, Saskatchewan

He is 67 born in USA. He is single and boarding. He is a laborer.  He was listed as Jas. Putman and was married in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan in 1906. He says he came here in 1903 and became a citizen in 1909. He looks like James Carriel Putnam, a son of Nathan Carriel Putnam and Rachel McMillian from Oneida County, New York. He was home there in 1850 and 1860 and then with his father in Tippecanoe, Indiana in 1880.
