IDAHO
CENSUS
REPORTS
1870 -
1930
UPDATED JANUARY
14, 2012
In
1850, Idaho was included in the 1850 census for the Oregon Territory. In 1860,
it was included in the 1860 census of the State of Washington. There were no Putmans or Putnams in either as
near as I can figure. By 1863, it became its own territory and included Wyoming
and Montana. It became the present Idaho in 1868 as a territory. In 1890, it
became the 43rd state.
