He is 48 IA NY IL. His wife Eva is 27 CA. He is some kind of supervisor on the Canal. He is a son of William Riley Putnam and Mary Ellen Humphries from Iowa. He has only been married a few years. He was married in Columbus Ohio in 1900 through 1910 and then divorced. His first wife Mary is there now in 1920. He and Eva are in Howell, Missouri in 1930. He served as a private in the Spanish American War. He later founded the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was it’s first commander in chief. He died October 11, 1956 and is buried in the National Cemetery in Fayetteville Arkansas.
